Having aided soccer, basketball, lacrosse, tennis, baseball, football, golf and wrestling athletes and teams I am eager to help more. There are activities that focus on communication, differing strengths and weaknesses, paying attention to cues and learning from others mistakes, problem solving and efficiency in doing so, processing and performance tasks under differing stressors and more. Activities can be competitive or cooperative your choice!
