College Placement Guidance
Both Jared and Mike have coached at multiple colleges ranging from NCAA D1, D2, and D3 and with male and female programs. They have aided hundreds of players through the college recruiting process and are extremely person-centered people who want to help up-and-comers find the best personal fit for academics and soccer.
Sport Psychology Consultation
Mike has been a Sport Psychology Professor at Washington & Lee University for 10 years. He has also worked with youth national teams for US Soccer and aided players in lacrosse, tennis, wrestling, soccer, basketball and baseball with sport psychology. Further he has aided 8 different clubs in aiding to build a framework of sport psychology hierarchically to enhance their offerings for all players.
Youth Sport Club Board Consultation
Both Mike and Jared have run youth soccer clubs and served on boards themselves as well. When Mike oversaw Massachusetts Youth Soccer he consulted with over 80 club boards and has aided another 12 youth sport clubs since. He has also published a best practice document for youth soccer clubs.
College Soccer ID Camps and Youth Development Camps
Why spend thousands on camps with hundreds and hundreds of players when you can go to ID camps that are catered to give you specific feedback and guidance and aid you in your college search process? When camp is for younger players our camps are focused on age relevant technical and tactical growth.

Coaching Articles to Aid All Developing Coaches
Mike has been published in Soccer America and the United Soccer Coaches Journal as well as the FUNdamental website. This page has many articles free for all to use as they look to develop on their coaching journeys or for parents to learn about best practices for their children's path.
Published Youth Poetry Book w/ Development Lessons in Poems
Mike is also a published researcher and poet. Here is his most recent offering: "Poetry Party--A children's Poetry Book with Developmental Lessons Within Each Poem".
This book is great to introduce children to poetry and will inspire great discussions about sharing, individual differences and strengths, sharing, getting over booboos, understanding each other and more.
